First Person Care Consultants serves residents of Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green Lake, Jefferson, Kenosha, Marquette, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, and Waushara counties who choose to participate in the IRIS program.
Karrie Knapp is the Director of First Person Care Consultants. She has special experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and chronic mental health diagnoses.
Susan Rothe has more than 19 years of experience assisting adults who want to develop independent living skills, or who need mental health and community services. She is also skilled in working with frail elders, people who have chronic mental health diagnoses, and physical disabilities.
Travis has experience working with people of all ages with all types of disability, cognitive, physical, developmental and behavioral.
Sana Khan comes to First Person Care Consultants after a successful career as an Operations Supervisor at iLIFE, where she gained extensive experience in the IRIS program, and at different times oversaw the onboarding, office services, quality, and plans teams.
Amy Barrett has 10 years of experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as connecting individuals with community resources.
LaDonna Gentry previously worked at St. Charles Youth and Family Services where she was a wraparound counselor. LaDonna is a new consultant at First Person Care Consultants.
Kelsey Mowery has experience working with people of all ages in group homes. She also has experience helping young adults with disabilities engage in the community through improving vocational and social skills.
Kao is the intake and enrollment specialist for First Person Care Consultants. She previously worked for iLIFE as an onboarding specialist and quality assurance specialist.
Ker was an Operations Supervisor at iLIFE for five years prior to joining First Person Care Consultants, and he shares our passion for helping IRIS participants receive quality care.
Brian Dimond previously worked as a Case Manager for MCFI Life Services for several years. He is new to the First Person Care Consultants Team and shares our collective passion for providing quality services to those in need. Brian has over 15 years of experience working in social services.
Emily Dunphy previously worked at Holland Free Health Clinic, where she helped new low-income clients connect with clinic and community services.
Elizabeth has been working in the home care field for more than 20 years and has professional and personal experience working with dementia, autism, physical and developmental disabilities, and frail elders.
Sarah is passionate about serving people with disabilities and she has experience working with autistic people and people with cognitive and behavioral disabilities.
Casey Frazier is passionate about social service and is a new addition to the First Person Care Consultants team. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Carthage College in 2018 and graduated from Concordia University with a Master of Social Work degree in 2019.
Jonathan Garber has extensive personal care experience working with children who have developmental disabilities.
Marlanda Grandberry, formerly a middle school science teacher, has vast experience working with diverse individuals including autistic youths, disabled persons, and the elderly.
Caleah Heim's diverse experience includes owning a business as a doula and serving as a substitute teacher and inclusion specialist for children with disabilities.
Brittney Henry is an experienced case manager, care coordinator, crisis stabilizer and behavioral therapy technician.
Kimberly Johnson is new to the First Person Care Consultants team, but she has worked as an IRIS Consultant for the past four and a half years.

Elizabeth Partridge was a behavior technician and senior therapist with the Childhood Autism Treatment Team prior to joining First Person Care Consultants.
Stacey Richards has 25 years experience working with people of all ages facing barriers to independence including specialized experience working with autistic people, youth in transition, and the elderly.
Christina Schilling worked in the home care field assisting frail elders with daily living activities before coming to First Person Care Consultants and has worked in the health care field for more than seven years.
Amanda Stoxen has over 10 years’ experience serving Racine and Kenosha County residents. She has worked as a specialist and supervisor at a day program and a caregiver at group homes.
Loriann Thomas previously worked as a care coordinator and case manager before joining First Person Care Consultants. She holds two degrees in Occupational Therapy and is passionate about helping individuals live life as independently as possible.
Emily Vanbergen came to First Person Care Consultants from the Wraparound Reach Program, where she was a care coordinator helping youth get the behavioral health services they needed to be able to live at home.

Touya Yang is a former caregiver who provided in-home support and personal care services for elderly and disabled persons.
Ada Young has worked in the social service field for more than nine years. Previously, Ada worked in the child welfare and treatment foster care systems where she assisted with licensing caretakers.
Jolanda Zhuka previously worked for new health services at MCFI and MCFI Home Care Agency as a supervisor. While working with new health services, she managed a case load of 250 clients with a total of 300 workers.
