Marlanda, a former middle school science teacher, has vast experience working with a diverse population, from children on the autism spectrum to young and older adults with disabilities.
Besides teaching at the Milwaukee Math and Science Academy, her experience includes working for a variety of long-term care facilities and served people with behavioral health issues at Rogers Memorial Hospital.
Marlanda has a bachelor’s degree in biology/health science from Alcorn State University, and when not working, she enjoys playing volleyball, shopping and building relationships.
