LaDonna Gentry is an eligibility screener at First Person Care Consultants. She previously worked at St. Charles Youth and Family Services where she worked as a wraparound counselor. LaDonna is a new consultant at First Person Care Consultants.
At St. Charles, she served as an advocate for children and their families, helped secure out-of-home placement for children in need, and identified resources for families in need of services and treatment planning.
LaDonna has experience working with the elderly as well as youth and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. She earned her degree in psychology from Ottawa University and is a certified nursing assistant.
In her free time, LaDonna likes to travel, take nature walks, and spend time with her family.

Caleah Heim is an eligibility screener at First Person Care Consultants. Her diverse experience includes owning a business as a doula and serving as a substitute teacher and inclusion specialist for children with disabilities.
Caleah earned a bachelors degree in environmental studies from University of Minnesota and has experience working with both adults and youth. They are passionate about social justice issues and advocating for vulnerable families in need.

Karrie Knapp is the Director of First Person Care Consultants. She has special experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and chronic mental health diagnoses.
Karrie Knapp is the Director of First Person Care Consultants. She has special experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and chronic mental health diagnoses. She began her career working for the Centers for Independence (CFI) as a case manager, eventually supervising a staff of 40 consultants providing long-term care services to more than 900 members of the My Choice Family Care program. She holds an MA degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University and obtained her License in Professional Counseling in 2011. She became a Lead Supervisor in 2009 and was named Director of Case Management in 2012.
Karrie is excited about leading First Person Care Consultants and working with IRIS participants because she is an enthusiastic advocate for self-direction and empowering people to make their own life choices. Since 2003, She has been working to help people reach their personal goals and achieve their dreams.

Natalie Leonardelli has experience as a social media coordinator for the Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Natalie earned her Bachelor's degree in journalism and women's, gender and sexuality studies with a minor in multimedia communications in 2021. Natalie is passionate about digital design and anything that involves multimedia.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys hiking, reading, taking care of her houseplants and travelling to national parks. She is an advocate for social justice and intersectionality.

Kelsey Mowery is a quality supervisor at First Person Care Consultants. She has experience working with people of all ages in group homes. She also has experience helping young adults with disabilities engage in the community through improving vocational and social skills.
Kelsey has served First Person as a master IRIS Consultant and then as a training coordinator to help new consultants learn how to provide the best possible to service to clients. Her work in these roles led to her becoming the supervisor of the First Person Quality Team, where she leads initiatives to improve the quality of services being provided to clients served through our ICA.
Kelsey earned her bachelors degree in criminal justice from Aurora University and previously worked as a community integration specialist for the Kenosha Achievement Center.

Susan Rothe is an IRIS Consultant Supervisor at First Person Care Consultants. She has years of experience assisting adults who want to develop independent living skills, or who need mental health and community services. She is also skilled in working with frail elders, people who have chronic mental health diagnoses, and physical disabilities. Prior to joining First Person Care Consultants, Susan was a Lead Supervisor at the Milwaukee Center for Independence, supervising more than 10 case managers and RNs working to provide long-term care services to members in the My Choice Family Care program. She earned her BA degree in psychology from UW-Milwaukee, and an MA in gerontology from Mount Mary University.
She began her career working in a Community-Based Residential Facility setting, followed by working in a Community Support Program, and eventually transitioning to the Family Care Program. She has a wealth of knowledge about community resources and enjoys building a rapport with families while helping connect them reach their life goals.

Kimberly Sollman has worked as an IRIS Consultant for the past four and a half years. As a First Person Care Consultants team member and a training coordinator, she shares the same values of providing resources and quality care to the people she works with.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Service Management and is continuing her education to obtain a master’s degree in Social Work.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and DIY projects. She helps serve Milwaukee County.

Travis Wick is an IRIS consultant supervisor and a graduate of Marian University, earning a degree in psychology, and has been certified by Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to work with people on the autism spectrum. Travis has experience working with people of all ages with all types of disabilities including cognitive, physical, developmental and behavioral.
Other specialties include employment placement for people with disabilities, disability advocacy, and various forms of training related to mental health, behavior modification, and adaptive and assistive technology. He has a personal interest in working with people with challenges, as one of his two children has a disability.
When not working, Travis serves on various boards and groups that support early intervention strategy services and autism. He also likes the outdoors – he’s a competitively ranked woodcarver and archer – and spending time with his family and friends.

Kao Xiong is the intake and enrollment specialist for First Person Care Consultants. She previously worked for iLIFE as an onboarding specialist and quality assurance specialist.
Kao graduated from Waukesha Technical College in 2018 with an associate’s degree in administration. Kao is bilingual and speaks Hmong and English.
When not working, Kao enjoys doing outdoor activities with her family like hiking, biking, and swimming. She is also a big fan of scary movies.

Ker Xiong was an Operations Supervisor at iLIFE for five years prior to joining First Person Care Consultants, and he shares our passion for helping IRIS participants receive quality care.
Ker earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and conservation at UW-Madison. His background in this field, including the values it helped him build, is something that drives his work forward at First Person Care Consultants.
