Jamie Buss previously served as a wraparound care coordinator at SaintA. A University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduate, Jamie has a degree in social work and experience working with families, youth in transition, and people with developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
Brian Dimond previously worked as a Case Manager for MCFI Life Services for several years. He is new to the First Person Care Consultants Team and shares our collective passion for providing quality services to those in need. Brian has over 15 years of experience working in social services.
Brian Dimond holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from University of Wisconsin La Crosse. He was also a Business Administration minor.
In his spare time, Brian loves attending and watching Badgers, Brewers, Packers, and Marquette games. He also enjoys attending concerts and festivals throughout the year.
Sarah Foley is passionate about serving people with disabilities and she has experience working with autistic people and people with cognitive and behavioral disabilities.
Sarah studied elementary education at Concordia University and she is certified in first aid, crisis prevention, and fire safety. She loves working with diverse populations and is passionate about helping people live happy, independent lives.
Latoya Love has experience as a CLTS service coordinator at Curative Care. She also previously worked at New Horizon, Inc. as a treatment foster care specialist and SaintA as a CCS case manager.
Latoya earned her bachelor's degree in social work from UWM's Helen Bader School of Social Welfare. She is also a certified social worker.
Latoya has experience with supporting families of children with autism and special needs, assisting and advocating for children in out-of-home placement, and providing support for families that suffer with mental illness. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, which consists of: movie nights, bowling, water parks, sledding, and eating! She enjoys reading, music, sewing, and napping, as well.

Emily Mikich came to First Person Care Consultants from the Wraparound Reach Program, where she was a care coordinator helping youth get the behavioral health services they needed to be able to live at home.
Emily has bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and spent seven years as a certified nursing assistant with youth and elderly people with a mental health diagnosis or physical disability.
Emily enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her family and her golden doodle, Stanley.
Medelis Miranda has experience serving as an IRIS consultant agency director in the state of Wisconsin prior to coming to First Person Care Consultants. In this role, she provided long-term care services and helped participants in the IRIS program self-direct their care.
Medelis has also worked in the health care field for more than eight years as a medical assistant, human resource assistant, and home health care office supervisor. She has more than 25 years of service experience working with her father, who is legally blind and deaf. During this time, she gained firsthand knowledge on the needs and challenges individuals with disabilities and their families face daily, which assists her when trying to help others make decisions that will maintain and improve the quality of their lives.
When she isn't at work, Medelis enjoys spending time with her family and being an active member at her church.
Michelle Mittelstadt has 13 years of experience serving individuals, with dementia, autism, down syndrome, and emotional behavior disorders. Before becoming an IRIS Consultant, she worked as a Medicaid Specialist at Aegis Therapies and as a Special Education teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools.
Michelle earned her bachelor's in Human Services in 2001 and holds a teaching certification in Cross-Categorical Special Education. She received her master's in Special Education in 2015.
When she isn't working, Michelle enjoys gardening, cooking/baking, and going for walks outside when it is nice out.
Mark Nowaczynski has over 20 years experience serving Milwaukee County residents by helping them get the quality care they need. He previously worked in the MCFI LIFE Services department as a program technician and then eventually became the lead client coordinator case manager. Mark gained valuable experience working with developmentally disabled individuals in these previous roles.
Mark is a new addition to the First Person Care Consultants team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from Upper Iowa University.
When he isn’t working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, and watching his favorite comedy movies and TV shows.
Camina Simmons has experience as a lead facilitator at Family Preservation Services, where she assisted individuals with creating and achieving their goals, as well as offering them the skills needed to achieve those goals. She also worked as a crisis counselor at New Horizons.
Camina earned her associate's degree in human services from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She is currently earning her bachelor's degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
Camina loves communicating with the elderly and informing them of how important their voices are. Her passion is assisting them with the skills and services needed for them to achieve their goal. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, travelling, golfing, bowling and going to the movies.
Tina Sabo's primary language is English and she serves Milwaukee County. Tina has worked with disabled individuals and mental health diagnoses since 2005 and she is passionate about helping others reach their long-term care goals.
Tina studied at Concordia University in Mequon, WI, where she earned her Master of Science degree in 2008. Since then, Tina has worked as a case manager at Aurora Family Service and most recently as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Saint A before joining the First Person team. She specializes in working with a-risk-youth and families, youth in transition, mental health diagnoses, autism, and trauma. She received her certification in Trauma Informed Care from Saint A in 2018.
Cheryl Teague has an extensive background working in social services with over 18 years of case management experience.
Cheryl earned her master's of science in education from Concordia University, and has worked with diverse populations during her time as a case manager. A driving force behind Cheryl's work is her passion for helping people live their best lives on their journey.
Loriann Thomas previously worked as a care coordinator and case manager before joining First Person Care Consultants. She holds two degrees in Occupational Therapy and is passionate about helping individuals live life as independently as possible.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and watching football, basketball, and boxing. Her favorite sport is football.
Taylor Walker previously worked at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services as an income maintenance specialist and Community Advocates as a client support specialist. She also worked at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project as a behavioral treatment technician
Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Marquette University. She has experience working with women that have substance abuse disorders and children on the autism spectrum.

PaHoua Yang previously worked at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin as a care/case coordinator. She also worked at Eternity Homecare as an office case/care manager and Independent Living as a behavioral specialist.
PaHoua earned her bachelor's degree in sociology from Lakeland University in 2021. She has more than six years of experience working with the elderly and helping to improve their health/ daily living. She has more than four years of experience working with people with autism or high complex needs.

Jolanda Zhuka previously worked for new health services at MCFI and MCFI Home Care Agency as a supervisor. While working with new health services, she managed a case load of 250 clients with a total of 300 workers. In her previous roles, Jolanda gained valuable experience working with the elderly and people who have developmental and physical disabilities.
Jolanda has worked with individuals who come from different cultural backgrounds and is fluent in English and Albanian. She is passionate about helping clients reach their long-term goals and has a Bachelors in Kinesiology- Physical Therapy.
Outside of work, Jolanda is an avid reader and environmental advocate with special interest in wildlife/forest preservation.
